Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS)
What is PBIS?
PBIS is a research based, systematic approach to teaching behavior expectations, helping students gain a sense of belonging, and creating a positive climate.
The Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support (PBIS) approach at Hershey Middle School School is grounded in the COCOA principles which is based on the CASEL Competencies (Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning).
